I have a mild pain in my hip region...i can't able to sit in chair....what can i do?i used moove spray also....

Thanks for asking me to respond. There are many reasons for mild hip pain. Xrays will be required to find out the exact cause of the pain. Take rest for 3 days. If pain still persists visit an ortho surgeon. I cannot prescribe meds as Practo prohibits me from doing so.
