Neurologist is not the right expert for your case. Anxiety issues need to be addressed in a holistic approach for complete recovery. It can be treated well with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively. Nexito plus has lots of side effects and addiction concern. It's best to go ahead with homeopathic medicine which does not have any side effects. You need an expert psychologist who is a good homeopathic physician.

Hi Thanks for reaching out. Consult a psychiatrist about medication and consult a psychologist for counselling sessions. With a psychologist you can talk about what is making you feel anxious. A combination of medication and therapy will help you. If you have doubts with regard to medication talk to a psychiatrist about it.

It’s great that you took the step to consult a neurologist and get clarity on your health. Since your MRI and blood tests are normal, it confirms that your symptoms are anxiety-related rather than a neurological issue. Nexito Plus is a combination medication commonly prescribed for anxiety and depression, and it seems to be working well for you, which is a positive sign. However, the duration of medication should always be guided by a doctor. Typically, psychiatric medications are not stopped suddenly but tapered off gradually under medical supervision to prevent withdrawal effects or relapse. If your neurologist didn’t specify the duration, it’s best to follow up with a psychiatrist to get a clear plan.
Next Steps
Never stop or change medication without consulting a doctor. Monitor for any side effects.
Health Tips
Schedule a follow-up with a psychiatrist to discuss the duration of your medication. Consider therapy to develop coping strategies for anxiety beyond medication. Stay mindful of side effects and consult if anything feels off.
