Considering most of her life had been into teaching, she is a natural storyteller who has the tendency to make her patients jump right into the world of understanding reality. Coupling realistic situations out of her past experiences with our current state of mind, she helped translate the new found learning into strengths by simulating scenarios. The sessions never felt like sessions but a mere catching up with a friend, venting out all that had been accumulated for so long. Unbiased in her approach, she ensured that there was utmost comfort and care for even opening up on a lot of grey areas. She helped unwind the million complicated knots in the head, one by one, with baby steps. The best part was that she only guided the paths that were available, and helped choose the right and fitting one, for a more definitive and realistic future with achievable goals and targets.
