Hello Doctor(s),
I am getting dizziness (I am spinning) sensation when lying down and even worse when turning towards right side. Sleeping on the left side is seems relatively better. To describe the sensation, it usually feels like room is tilting or spinning. The dizziness usually comes when I lie down at instant or turn the sides. I do not have this sensation when I am upright (sitting in a chair, walking, driving, playing etc).
These symptoms came all of a sudden. No history of head trauma and no other symptoms.
What could be the possible diagnosis and its treatment. Any exercises/manoeuvres to reduce that would be welcome. I am 29 years, Male and hence worried.
Which doctor I should see for memory related issues. I tend to forget things every now and then. I did a blood test and got to know about the b12 and d3 deficiency. Even after starting medication for a month, I don't see any changes. I need to know which specialist I should see for this issue and is it curable? Any lead would be appreciated. Thank you.
