Is this atrophy ?
I am adding a image of my hand, i noticed there is a dent... don't know if it was like that or a new dent. Can this be counted as muscle atrophy or muscle atrophy don't look like this ?

I had pain in my left shoulder and unable to raise it full. Consultat an orthopedic and he suggested for USG. The usg report says tenosynovitis. I am talking Estosaid Mr, Tendoease and defnet 6 MG. 1 tablet each in morning and night from last 5 days but there is no improvement. Please suggest if any further test or change in medicine is require.
