Hi Recently (6 months) I had hepatitis A and lost some weight and inches on my body. Now I have gained my normal weight but not my body size So whenever a relative sees me tells me I have lost weight, but my weight is normal according to the scale.

Hi, If your weight is normal and you don't have any other medical condition then nothing to worry about, do some lifestyle modification plus do weight training it will help you to gain muscles with balanced diet. it will help you to gain muscles. Don't be stressed, stay calm.

its quit natural for this time. becuase you have just recovered. day by day when you gain more weights then it will also show in your inches also

Healthy afternoon, 1. Eat a high Calorie, high protein diet. Concentrate on food that are calories dense but healthy 2. Add an extra 250-500 calories per day 3. Avoid drinking lots of fluids with meals 4. Consume high calorie nutritional drinks. Add in diet energy dense foods fuel your body and can help put on pounds in healthy ways.
