Hi hope your Gyneac must have prescribed supplements like iron, calcium & multi-vitamins for a year hope you're regular with its intake. If still you are facing these challenges I would wish to do a Diet recall with you to understand if your diet is balanced enough as per your lactation stage
Next Steps
Kindly book an appointment , for an online consultation so that I can help you after your diet recall what all nutrients are missing
Health Tips
You can also let me know if its more than 50-100 strands of hair per day then only you should be alarmed else nothing to worry, just keep your scalp clean & dry all the time after hair wash

Healthy evening, For dry skin and hair fall, a vegetarian supplement for breastfeeding moms could include Omega-3 fatty acids, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, and biotin. Omega-3s are found in flaxseed oil, chia seeds, or algae oil supplements. Vitamin E can be obtained from nuts, seeds, and spinach. Vitamin C is abundant in fruits like oranges, strawberries, and kiwi. Biotin is present in foods like almonds, sweet potatoes, and oats.
