Travel sick ness
Hi . i am frequent traveller due to my job. when ever i going through car i am facing issues like vomting , head ache, stomach upset like these. these last 1-2 days. even though AC switched off still same issue. i stopped travelling by car. but if we go by train , bus no problem. kindly suggest any good treatment

You may have experienced motion sickness while traveling in a car.Preventive treatment is advised before you travel.Take tablet diligan 25 mg at least an hour before you travel.alternatively you can take promethazine tablet 25 mg ,but it could cause drowsiness , restlessness.
