Hello Naresh Kindly visit a dentist for proper diagnosis and treatment plan Get your treatment done to get relief from your pain permanently If you want to control pain for certain period use antibiotics and painkiller

Pls take xerodol SP FOR PAIN IT WILL CONTROL for few days. If there is slight swelling then use an antibiotic. But we need to determine if u allergy to the antibiotic or not. Feel free to consult me.

Go for X-ray at first. Now if it is not possible than  Luke warm Water gargle twice daily for 3 days Tab. Ketorol Dt once daily if pain is more...

Go for xray to determine the extent of decay. Take ketorol dt three times daily
