Low grade fever
My 2 year daughter having low grade fever 99.2,3,4,5 from last 2 days i gave her pcm last night and recheck the temprature in the morng it was 98.4 but again in the afternoon temprature again showing 99.3 and in the evening it's 99.8 baby is active and eating. But my concern is 2 weeks before she had stomach flu with low grade fever and I have completed her antibiotics course but again after 2 weeks why fever comes again no other sign all is good but temperature is showing 99.4 and yes my daughter having little bit puffy under eyes form last 4-5 days. Please help

May need to be  evaluated for Urinary tract infection ,please visit your nearest pediatrician. Tq

Keep baby hydrated Give pcm if temperature is more than 99.5f

Go for cue once . Mild fevr maintain hydration . Give calpol syrup
