How long do you have this problem? Do you have any history of previous pain or injury? Do you have radiating pain to legs or abdomen?

Low back pack could be due to end number of reasons. You need to visit a physiotherapist who can assess and diagnose it correctly. The exercise prescription really should be tailor made for you. Wrong exercises can worsen your pain. That is why consult a physiotherapist who has done Part A of MDT or is certified in MDT clinician near you.

Use pain'relieving gel like volini gel or diclofenac gel. Use hot water bag or ice pack three times a day. Start doing back Strengthening exs and Stretching.like Pelvic bringing, core strengthening, straight leg raise, static glutes, static quadriceps as well.back stretching., Hamstring stretch,calf stretching as well.with back legs are also important. Check with your mattress as well use firm mattress. Make changes in your lifestyle as well . check your posture during work.
