Frequent urination after fever
Hello doc , my 2 .2 year old baby boy had fever 3 days ago , we went to the doctors and he said it's a viral fever and he gave clarithromycin, polex10, and sailors pds , his fever is gone now but now he is having frequent urination from 2 days. He is eating well and feeding well ,more than normal days before , we have him cocoon water, ors daily but not today ?? Should I concern about his frequent urination or not ???

Frequent urination could be due to Urinary tract infection.Please consult nearest Pediatrician. Tq

May not be significant. Can do a urine microscopy test, to be sure, after a gap of 5 to 7 days, as antibiotics taken recently.

Your child could be suffering from a urinary tract infection as he had fever previously. You can get tested for that and keep him hydrated. He can consume what he likes.
