Ever since I came to Mumbai, my skin was becoming greasy and pimple prone. I tried so many topical treatments but nothing works out. Dr.Radhika, seem to understand younger generations skin troubles and instead of relying on steroids to get rid of nodular acne & to correct hormonal imbalance, she mostly recommended antioxidants & vitamin deficiency tablets. Also tips for diet & heath. My skin is glowing now after just one peel which is reasonable and effective.

I will be continuing my treatment here for more better results. Peels are amazing. Worth the money.

The clinic is compact and modern as per current standards. I reached on time as per my appointment, however there was an approximate 30 mins wait time as per the back log. This is however common for most doctors as the treatment time for some of the patients extends more than estimated time.

Doctor asked detailed history related to my issues and didn't look in rush. I was offered some medicines and gel.

I am under treatment currently and see some improvements already. I have a followup on 20th August.

The cost of the consultancy is also very reasonably priced.

Initially I have mostly positive feedback for the clinic and doctor.

Scope of Improvements could be less wait time for pre-booked appointments and to get one or two more chairs as sometime people have to stand in absence of enough sitting options.

Dr. Radhika is quiet professional and an expert in her subject. She takes no time in understanding & examining the patients problem and provides apt treatment. I am currently taking a treatment for hair related issues and have found considerable improvement after her prescribed medications. She is also very warm, quick and friendly.

Suggestions: My only disappointment has been on waiting time at the clinic. Even though after taking a fixed time appointment at clinic, I had to wait for 30-40 mins, it will be great if this point can be looked into.

Second thing, if the doctor can be available on phone/whatsapp for recurring/routine patients. Eg: If someone has to only show a report then that can be sent on whatsapp and medicines can be prescribed over phone (Ofcourse, only in cases where physical examination is not needed). It increases the readability to the doctor at no extra cost of commutation time for patients. And nonetheless the consultation fee can always be transferred via Paytm. There are few docs in Mumbai who does that !

Just a thought, nothing else.
