Ambience of the clinic is very pleasant.staff is helpful and kind.Doctor is very friendly.*** **** ***** ********* *** Understanding for the problems.I visited her for my acne problem and skin allergy issues.Doctor listened the problem with patience.She makes me understand the root cause of my skin issues.advice me to eat healthy food.it touches me a lot when she said "if you don't pay attention to your food habits your issues will appears again and again so it healthy food and timely". She has given me medicine and creams for skin allergies.also gives hygiene tips to avoid allergies.which works wonder.my allergy problem reduced within 2 days.my facial skin is looking good after using face wash given by doctor.Thank you very very much doctor for your treatment and advice.

Ever since I came to Mumbai, my skin was becoming greasy and pimple prone. I tried so many topical treatments but nothing works out. Dr.Radhika, seem to understand younger generations skin troubles and instead of relying on steroids to get rid of nodular acne & to correct hormonal imbalance, she mostly recommended antioxidants & vitamin deficiency tablets. Also tips for diet & heath. My skin is glowing now after just one peel which is reasonable and effective.

I will be continuing my treatment here for more better results. Peels are amazing. Worth the money.

I visited the clinic on 7th August 2018.

The clinic is compact and modern as per current standards. I reached on time as per my appointment, however there was an approximate 30 mins wait time as per the back log. This is however common for most doctors as the treatment time for some of the patients extends more than estimated time.

Doctor asked detailed history related to my issues and didn't look in rush. I was offered some medicines and gel.

I am under treatment currently and see some improvements already. I have a followup on 20th August.

The cost of the consultancy is also very reasonably priced.

Initially I have mostly positive feedback for the clinic and doctor.

Scope of Improvements could be less wait time for pre-booked appointments and to get one or two more chairs as sometime people have to stand in absence of enough sitting options.

Feedback:

Dr. Radhika is quiet professional and an expert in her subject. She takes no time in understanding & examining the patients problem and provides apt treatment. I am currently taking a treatment for hair related issues and have found considerable improvement after her prescribed medications. She is also very warm, quick and friendly.

Suggestions: My only disappointment has been on waiting time at the clinic. Even though after taking a fixed time appointment at clinic, I had to wait for 30-40 mins, it will be great if this point can be looked into.

Second thing, if the doctor can be available on phone/whatsapp for recurring/routine patients. Eg: If someone has to only show a report then that can be sent on whatsapp and medicines can be prescribed over phone (Ofcourse, only in cases where physical examination is not needed). It increases the readability to the doctor at no extra cost of commutation time for patients. And nonetheless the consultation fee can always be transferred via Paytm. There are few docs in Mumbai who does that !

Just a thought, nothing else.

Very disappointing experience as the doctor is focused on asking to go for therapy and products. It felt she was a bit rude when you say no to a therapy. Not very attentive listening to the problem. Staff comes in with queries multiple times between the consultation and disrupt the flow of conversation. ***** *** **** **** ********* *** *** ** **** **** ***** ** *** wait time is too long even after taking the appointment.

A product prescribed once is often not available for the next time. I wanted to get a hair serum prescribed earlier and later when I went to purchase the same, it was not available and an alternate product was given, later I realised I was allergic to it. When I went to return the packed product, they kept it and said the balance amount will be adjusted in next consultation as they don’t have earlier prescribed product or any other alternatives. ** ***** ** ** ******** ********* ***** **** *** ** ***** **** *** **** **** *********

I have taken the loss and will never visit again. And will never recommend anyone to go there.

I did my mnrf for acne scars but even after repetitive sessions no results. Did Hair GFc for hair fall the hair fall reduced while the sessions were ongoing but after 3sessions the hair fall still persists. Hence my experience has been unsatisfactory:(

Not a good experience. I have normal hair loss issues for past two years. I did treatment 2yrs back in Delhi and I recovered fully but for last one year I discontinued the medicine and again I have same issue. Now I am in Mumbai so I went to her and she prescribed *********** blood test, shampoo, lot of expensive medicines which she said available in her clinic itself. This expensive treatment will also work, but waste of money. In my last treatment in Delhi 2yrs back I was told shampoo has nothing to do with hair fall.

Her clinic, which is located at Kanamwar Nagar, Vikhroli Court bldg., ground floor Vikhroli East has a very patient-friendly ambience. This counts a lot!

Her treatment is symptomatic: she tackles the root cause, and eliminates the affliction.

She eliminated a persistent dry jock itching on me by almost 99%. Her painless, surgical removal of a number of skin tags below my armpits was accomplished within five minutes. And a cauterization of a mole on my right bicep with an RF machine, equally fast.

I recommend Dr. Radhika Kopikar to anyone whose intent rests on solving their dermatological problems permanently.

Experience is always nice with Dr. Radhika. She is attentive and give proper time to every patient for treatment/ consultation. But most importantly she has to reduce her consultancy fee because medicines which she recommends are highly expensive. And give some concession if we recommend other people about doctor.
