She does not have mechanisms to check your body stats and does not check your measurements which is a must for any weight loss program. Also her diet I found to be very unacceptable since she denied me all fruits an asked me to stick to just one kinda fruit everyday rather than opt for a variety for nutrition, she also denied me all dairy with no alternate source for protein(being a strict vegetarian dairy is my only source of protein). Not finding her way of a diet apt i told her i wanna opt out of the weight loss program and asked her to just deduct the amount of one session from the total package of 4. But she totally denied that saying its a buisness and it cannot work that way. She as a doctor had the audacity to also say that i had a mental issue of negetivity because of which i dint like her diet which everyone loves. People with weight issues face a lot of criticism, backlash and body shaming in society. When they go to a dietician they need someone who gets that its not easy changing eating habits overnight. They seek someone who is great a counselling and understands why their stress leads them to indulge in irrational eating habits. Its not necessary that you and a doctor always connect on the viewpoints. But for a doctor to be understanding that a patient may not prefer their way of things and to respect that is important.
