Let me share my experience, It has been a wonderful journey with Dr Dt Sheenu and Team. One of it kind. My father was enormously huge and completely out of senses, we thought for him the time has come and that is where I thought of reaching out to Dr Sheenu as I met her in a workshop. He was at 125.5 Kg when we started medication and he was at 111.5 Kg when we put him on clinical diet, he is at 93.5 Kg when I am writing this post. I thought I hv to eat less n exercise more for loosing weight but after I met dietician Deepshikha frm team Healthyfy i got to know i was eating very less food since years . She gave me diet plan with simple readily available home food n cleared my doubts n I hv started loosing weight despite eating more n exercising the way I used to do previously.
