My weight was 73.5 kgs when i started my weight loss journey.I fall sick and because I was not keeping well I couldn't follow my diet plan and ultimately I completely stopped it.
After couple of months (now my weight was 74.5 kgs) I decided to reduce my weight again and I spoke to Dr. Garima about it and she happily agreed to it.
I had moved to Canada,so the only way to connect with her was through phone and WhatsApp.
Thank you also for always answering my questions over the phone and timely sharing the diet chart on WhatsApp. Thanks for allowing me eating whatever I want once in a week.Today my weight is 61.5 kgs.Without you it wasn't possible to reduce 13 kgs in six months without getting any weakness.You have been a great doctor and friend.
