I am a urologist, I think this question assigned to me wrongly, need to discuss /ask (Not consult) with a rheumatologist. And one suggestion for your knowledge is that any doctor who advices for consultation is not for financial benefit only, It might be for better two way discussion of problem and plan of treatment if required. If diseases are going to treat by question answer plate form than hospitals will be closed. These plate form are not legally allowed us to advice treatment, as any treatment not only involve name of medication but also many other advices also that cannot be written here, in detail.
