Zsr circumcision staples

I did zsr circumcision surgery on 22nd feb... All staples along with silicon ring has fallen.. Just one small portion is hanging and attached to the skin(photo attached) .. While removing it it hurts little.. That's why i am terrified that if i pull it some other problem will happen... Please suggest whether i can pull it off.. And please tell me whether i am able to do sexual activity like intercourse /masturbation..
