Mynpreterm baby is 29days old vomits whenever i hive zincovit syrup..my baby is active and happy throughout the day nut when i give sincovit syrup in the evening he vomits.. and also after that every feed he vomits when i lay him down

Hello ! Do burping for 15-20 min after each feed till baby reaches 4 mnths of age .
