My son is 2.4 years old, gone through stomach infection with fever, vomiting & diarrhea. Now he is ok but Dr given Zincogut syrup 4 ml per day dose for 15 days. Is it high dose? Or it is fine? Because on internet I see for 2.4 year old max zinc limit per day is 7mg. Could you please advise.

Post diarrhea zinc is given to reduce severity and prevent recurrence. Recommended dose is 20mg once daily for 2 weeks.
