Zero appetite and sleep problem

My 3 years old son has zero appetite for everything water, milk, food, snacks. He would pocket food in his mouth and is never hungry. He has problem sleeping as well, takes atleast 30 to 60 mins to make him sleep. He is too active to sleep. His height and weight is as per his age. Otherwise he is an active child.What's his problem? Please help.
