Hi, i am 35yrs female pregnant (6 weeks). I am on medication with thyroid tablet- eltroxin-100mg , fol 123 daily and gestofit 300sr daily. Is it okay if i practice lite yoga from now under the guidance of yoga teacher ? Can i start?
