Hello Sir/Ma'am, I had slip disc in June 2020, now it is alright. I have neuromuscular problems for which I am doing yoga. My question is- Is it okay for me to do these 2 yoga asanas- 1) Triyak Tadasana 2) Uttanapadasana Please do let me know if is it okay for me to do the above 2 asanas.

For slip disc yoga is banned , if ur doing u have to face the consequences, don't delay

Do Back extension exercises instead similar to bhujanga asana.

Sir U can do 1st one its only streching and u can do this continuely but 2nd one if it is painful then u should avoid it and if u feel u can do it comfortably then u can do this infact this will hlp to increase the strength of ur spine

Avoid any Asanas if pain is unbearable.. Firstly go to physiotherapist and with the help of Electrotherapy Pain will reduce..

For slip disc you are supposed to do those two asanas. You can do Bujangasana or back stretching and strengthening exercises with proper guidance.

you can do untill it is convinient and confortable, if feeling pain, you have to stop asanas.
