He took yemetil 50mg instead of 25mg only one tab..is this leathal? Will this affect his brain? He has had 104-102fever for 3days last week. Now he is not waking up since yesterday afternoon.

Yemetil isn't problematic at this dose. But if he's drowsy not arousable, kindly seek urgent consultation at emergency because it can be because of fever and the underlying problem causing the fever

If it is 50 mg instead of 25, it's not alarming. 50 mg is a usual dosage for yemetil. But if he's too drowsy or not waking up, it's better if you take him to the nearest emergency asap. The fever could also be a reason for his state.
