Yellow vaginal discharge

I have been having a yellow vaginal discharge which has some odd odour to it. And also there has been some irritation and pain in that area. I have pcod so i have been taking some medicines for it. Which are dronis 20, my chiro, aldactone 50. I am sexually active and this problem has occurred after i had unprotected sex.
