Hello doctor. i had vaginal delivery 23 days ago. i had a bit of bleeding but now i have very smelly yellow discharge. i dont have any pains or itching. only yellow discharge with foul smell. i had fever abd chills on 4 th day of my delivery but only for a day and did not happen again. pls help
