I have a yellow patch in eyes from 4 years it is visible and itching as well Don't know how I get this yellow patch since previous 4 years my eyes were clear with no yellow patch in it

It could be a pinguicula or a pterygium. Please share a close up pic of your eyes with detailed information about discharge redness watering pain swelling itching and blurring of vision or consult an ophthalmologist nearby.
