Problems some time ago na and k leavel distrubed and hb leval 8gm and recently amonia leavel increse also co2 deposit in lungs then occurs metabolic encencephalopathy ...and after hospitalised my is now ok.. But i have seen yellow eyes and na 135 and k 3.5 last 4 days. So pls help i will do

Yellowish sclera could be due to anemia as well.Keep yourself hydrated with liquids (can include fruit juices and coconut water ).Also during last admission what was your liver function tests.?
