Yellow discharge in 11 day old baby
Hello doctor. My baby girl is 11 days old. She has whitesh discharge in small amount alternate days but today she had bit of yellowish discharge.
Pls help what to do

It is normal in neonatal period due to sudden drop in hormones. Just clean with soft cotton .Apply Glycerin

Eye discharge if whitish is probably because of nasolacrimal duct obstruction. That is a tube connecting tear glands and nose.. it usually is small in babies. And need continuous massage. Please do a direct consultation so that I can explain
