Hi. Chest xray looking normal. Marked area is looking like end on vessel. Please consult a Pulmonologist if any persistent symptoms.

There are Bronchovascular markings are prominent. Pl consult pulmonologist with detailed history and reports and treatment taken for better evaluation and treatment.

Looks like a calcified lesion. But since the patient still has symptoms kindly consult a pulmonologist. Also chest CT sacn is recommended.
