X Ray for face swelling

Hi, It's been 10 days when she recovered from corona. During corona she had hospitalised and had remedesiver. She is using medicines for BP and muktivitamins now. Right now she had no issues other than tiredness and weakness. Today morning her face got swelled. I am attaching the x ray of her face. Please tell me if there is anything to concern. Thank you.

Hi. X-ray may not be the investigation of choice in this scenario. Is the swelling one-sided, or on both sides of the face, or around the eyes? Are there any other associated symptoms like nasal discharge/nasal block, headache, vision issues? The swelling of the face may be due to local causes like infection in the sinuses or may even be due to other systemic causes like kidney issues.
