Consultation done Diagnosed with syndesmotic injury Uric acid ok CRP ok Thyroid ok Want to know that really i have syndesmotic injury in ankle. X ray is attached here

Syndesmotic injury , x ray will show seperationof both bones of leg only if x ray is taken in standing position . Sometimes, even though x ray is normal it could be sprain of syndesmotic ligaments. X ray bones look normal
Next Steps
if u want to really make sure whether there is syndesmotic problem , better to take mri ankle
