Wrong betahcg, please help

I had 3 months of amenorhhea, checked betahcg 1 week back and it was less than 0.1miu/ml (lab range 0.1 to 5.3) and i got my periods 2 days back .. can i be pregnant? Is this value of betahcg wrong or anything abnormal with respect to the lab range as its < 0.1 miu/ ml.. but lab range starts from 0.1 onwards..what does this mean?

You cannot be pregnant. 0.1 means  lowest detectable level by the lab
