Wrist clicking

I have had this wrist clicking on my right wrist, the time i have started to play some wrist intense sports, the pain seems to increase and lasts about a week or so..what are the remedies i can follow..coz it doesn't seem to be that intense.

You can use a wrist brace while playing. You need to take it off while resting as it may cause weakness of the muscles if you use it continuously. Strengthening exercises with proper stabilisation of joints should be practised.
