  4. Wound in undr arm. Kindly suggest.

Wound in undr arm

Hi it seems there is a wound in under arm which not even visible clearly bit it's paining lot . I can feel the would when I touch but not visible outside it's inside. Cannot even raise my hand paining so hard. Not sure to whom I need to reach out for diagnosis Dermatologist or general physician Kindly suggest.
