Hello
Thanks for your trust in asking a personal
Question.
I will
Be very candid in responding this .
Ulcers on the frenulum of the penis can be caused by a variety of factors, including sexually transmitted infections (STIs) such as herpes or syphilis, trauma or injury to the area, as it seems to be in your case In some cases, the cause may be unknown.
We will have to identify and treat the underlying cause.
If tan STI, is suspected the appropriate antibiotics or antiviral medications may be prescribed.
If the cause is trauma or injury, in that case please keep the area clean and dry to promote healing.
topical medications like T-bact or Neosporin Oint may help for now to prevent further infection.
Take some over the counter oral pain relievers like Combiflam etc make sure it doesn’t get infected .
Most importantly you must seek a physician in person to get some tests based on your history and examination
Or you can make an appointment here for an online consultation so I can look into this in detail and advise .
Remember this is not a medical consultation yet since we have not established a doctor patient relationship.
What I am sharing with you is for general awareness .
Hope this helps!
God Bless
Dr H S Chauhan
