Wound healing cream for 1.2 yrs old baby

My daughter often fall on ground while trying to walk on her own and due to that she is getting multiple wounds on her head. We are applying some skin cream and soframyocin on her wounds but it's taking time to get heal. The injury is not deep and just scratch so please suggest some cream which will heal it soon.
