I fell down on the road while running and my elbow region has a cut now and it's pretty deep. I treated it with antiseptic and covered it. Should I get a tetanus shot or not?

As per your history..... if your wound is deep than u should have gotten it stitched.... now it may leave a big scar..... also u need to take antibiotics and wound care regularly....
