My 3 yr old son had fallen down on the floor and got a teeth wound on the inside of lower lips. A day after this he started fever around 100 deg. Is this because of the wound? Please also advice any medication. Since today is Sunday I dont find a doctors available nearby.

Fever could not be due to wound. U can give syp. Ibugesic plus 5 ml three times a day. And apply zytee lotion two times a day over injured area....
