Worried regarding nose bleed

Hi Doctor , I had caught a cold 2 weeks before affecting my sinuses later. causing pains in head , nose , upper jaw and eyes ..now from yest I can see  blood coming in snot when I sneeze or take it to my mouth from nose ..seeing more blood today . Please help me . I am more worried . Thanks , Sushma
