Suffering from constipation and now a small pimple in mt buttcrack which pains only while using the toilet. I have one coffee daily from 8 years..is this the cause? Should i stop having it?

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  There is no sure way of us commenting on it without examining it. It could be a small abscess. I do not think its a pilonidal sinues.
