I was at a relative's house, their pet is vaccinated. It playfully ran into my toe, no scratch or blood, but I could feel its nail on my toe. There is no scratch mark or anything and the skin is also hard of the big toe. Dog did not show any rabid signs. I washed my toe after an hour with dettol. Should I get vaccine shots?

You don't have to worry about paw scratches. Applying antiseptic is enough first aid. Rabies virus spreads from a bite of an infected animal or salvia on an open wound, none of it is applicable on your case. So no, anti rabies vaccination is not required
