Is it better to go for a lasik eye surgery rather than using spectacles, i have an eye sight of -2.75 in both the eyes, i would like to know is it safe to get a lasik done Or is there any chance to decrease my myopia.

Hi.. Lasik surgery is just to get rid of spectacles if you don not wish to wear them. It is not that Lasik is better than using glasses..so you have to do it.  It is your choice to opt for lasik. As such, it.is a safe and effective procedure, been there for more than 30 years. After thorough checkup,  and with all preacaution when it is done, risk is extremely low.
