I had this tiny black mole show up on the inside of my thumb mabey a month or two ago. Its slightly raised and dark in color but its so tiny. I took an uplcose pic of it and zoomed in and the ridges look not perfect. Should I be worried?

Please post a picture. Is there any itching or redness or any other symptoms in the mole?
