My 2.6 year old son has stomach pain and previously before 1 month he was given deworming syrup/tablet... Now he has stomach infection I saw some blackish thread .. took him to doctor he told it's due to food indigestion... Can prescribed some antibiotic and told he had taken deworming 20 days back do I need to give him deworming once again..I taught it might be worms... But doctor it's not

If the doctor has seen it than no need to repay deworming now repeat after 6months and all person in the house who are eating from the same kitchen should deworm themselves including house helpers
