Hi I found a small tiny worm today when i went to pee. Just 5 min prior to that i had a feeling like something was moving in my rectum and later in my vagina. Thought ut was vaginal discharge at first but found this worm. It was very small about 3mm and white in colour. I am usually very hygienic and i'm afraid how i got this. I wash my unner garments with dettol, keep them dry always. Wash my vagina with vaginal wash thrice daily. Never had any irritation earlier. But i generally have vaginal discharge. Last time my doctor checked and said that that was a normal amount if discharge. But now this worm shows up and now kdpt me worried. Please suggest any remedies or medication for this
