Last 8 days ago I found a worm in urine which was black in colour. It was moving , that's why i am sure that it is a worm. How to find the cause and the remedy. Please help .

Get urine examination routine and microscopic done along with the culture and sensitivity test .a keen microscopic observation for any gross microbes also required. Have clinical examination done by a dermatologist to look for skin infestation by  worms. Treatment as per findings
