Hi. I found a worm in my stool today. It was white and looked like an earthworm. I have been having nausea for a while, had stomach pains forever, so much so that I had expected as something that just happens to me. I am tired all the time, sleepy all the time but I am not able to sleep properly at night. I rarely get a 8 hr sleep. What should I do.? I am going to go to a doctor but I am freaking out. I can't get myself to eat anything, it feels like I am feeding them. What to do.? Please help.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Go to the pharmacy and ask him for a tab. Bandy-plus. Purchase two tablets. Take one in the night . Chew it thoroughly and swallow.
