If you are having a good balanced diet, eating wide variety of fresh foods like fruits, vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts like groundnut, eggs and dairy products, then you would not need anything more.
You will be getting sufficient nutrients from your diet. All the health drinks have a base flour with
sugar and added vitamins. They offer no additional benefits.
Only if you cannot eat properly, have allergies or you are recovering from a prolonged illness, then you need to take additional nutrition.
